We have an 8 acre meadow on the Guadalupe, with trees & picnic tables. There are several hiking trails up the numerous springs feeding the cove. We have a boat ramp next door for jet skies or boats & we have
canoes. There is boat rentals on lake. We are in middle of all the tubing, up stream & down. I recommend the ones up stream. The Lodge & cabins are just up on the hill, about a half to a whole foot ball field walk, because of flood plan, no one can be right on water. We will be adding cedar cabins on wheels that will be even closer to  waters edge.
